LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The community is invited for a day of music, food, crafts, and art at the Tally Town Festival is Saturday, July 29 from 1pm to 9pm. The role of the festival is to share the importance of Italian heritage in LaFollette and surrounding areas. The event will take place on and around Depot Street, inside the West LaFollette Community Center, and at Liberty Park.

There will be several attractions happening, such as the food court where many food vendors will be set up. There will also be the Ellis Island Stage, where there will be live music and a larger than life Statue of Liberty. Additionally, there will be a Tiny Town Kids Zone, as well as a Boy Scouts exhibit on the Field of Dreams, which is Liberty Park. There will be a fireworks show at the end of the festival presented by Pyro Shows. Walking Tours by Allan Miller will be presented throughout the day. There will also be wine tasting and an art show at the event.
