CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. (WLAF)- INVITATION TO BID

The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting bids for Painting the School Gymnasium’s at LaFollette Middle School and Wynn School for the Campbell County Board of Education.    

All bids must be inclusive of all delivery and handling charges. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on August 23, 2023 at the Campbell County Department of Finance at which time they will be opened and read aloud.    All bids must be effective for ninety (90) days after the bid opening date.  All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for their bid submitted to be considered a valid bid.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at each location on August 16, 2023.  We will begin at 9:30 a.m. at LaFollette Middle School, 1309 East Central Avenue, LaFollette, TN  37766.   We will then proceed to Wynn School, 174 Habersham Rd., Duff TN for a pre-bid meeting at 10:30 a.m.  All parties interested in bidding must attend pre-bid meeting to submit a bid.

Please send sealed bids quotes to the Campbell County Department of Finance, Lisa Bowlin, Purchasing Agent, P.O. Box 843, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro, TN  37757.  All sealed bid quotes must be noted on outside of envelope as bid for “Gym Painting”.
