LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)– The Bosch Community Fund has awarded Postmark LaFollette Arts, Culture and History Center funds to present a STEM NIGHT in the Campbell County Schools.    

The co-coordinators of the campaign are Laura Asbury and Nikki Baumgardner.  Each school will have a designated coordinator with each school announcing when these events will take place. 

Teachers/mentors will be paid stipends for their time and expertise. Economic development, long-term planning, research and development skills and community organization are among the potential positive impacts of the Bosch Community grant. .

The Bosch Community Fund is the corporate foundation for Bosch in North America. The fund has awarded more than $32 million in grants to various 501(c)(3) organizations and educational institutions in over 45 Bosch site locations. Established in 2011, the Bosch Community Fund focuses primarily on the enrichment of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education, the advancement of environmental sustainability initiatives and eco+STEM, a cross-section of the two.
