LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- The 38th Annual Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Pig Roast and Auction was held Tuesday evening at Knobby Hill Farm.
The annual event is the chamber’s big fundraiser. This year’s event was a huge success thanks to the support and attendance from the community, according to Chamber Director Missy Tackett.
“We are thrilled with the chamber perfect weather and thrilled with the turnout and support from the community,” Tackett said.
She also gave a shout out to everyone who came together to make the yearly event happen.

“We had a wonderful chamber event committee that worked tirelessly to put this event on. Jessica Stout Broyles was the committee chair and did amazing,” Tackett said. She also extended a “huge thanks” to all chamber board members, chamber business members, chamber ambassadors and chamber partners, as well as table sponsors and everyone that helped with the event.
There were several live auction items donated by community businesses and individuals that raised funds for the evening. There was both a live and silent auction.
State Rep. Dennis Powers was the emcee for the event and the auctioneer.

The Campbell County High School Dance Team assisted by showing the items.
Music was provided by the Parrot Brothers and the Roberts Sisters, catering was by Lacey’s Cakes and Catering and the evening closed with fireworks by Pyro Shows Inc.
