JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The Campbell County High School Choir, directed by Sarah Ivey, is hosting its annual Christmas concert on Wednesday.

WLAF’s Clayton Carroll will be accompanying the choir on the piano.

This year, the choir plans to perform multiple Christmas selections from diverse musical styles. Some of the pieces include the classic White Christmas, O Come Emmanuel, and an African carol performed in Swahili, Twende Bethelehemu (Let’s Go to Bethlehem). Also, the chorus will be showing off its singing and dancing skills with a Broadway-type performance entitled Santa’s Frosty Follies featuring appearances from Rudolph, Frosty the Snowman, and of course, Santa.

The exciting evening of musical entertainment begins at 6:30pm at the Campbell High Auditorium. Doors open at 6pm, and a five dollar donation is greatly appreciated.
