Dicie Lee Humphrey, age 100 of Rocky Top, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Waters of Clinton. She was born on July 1, 1923 to the late Owen and Janie Seiber Brock in Caryville. She was an avid walker and gardener. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and word searches. Dicie loved reading her Bible and attended Lake City Church of Christ when she was able. She was also one of the girls of the Atomic City. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband, Hobert Humphrey; children, Evyon Coldwater, and Clotean Norrington; siblings, Ann, Link, Dovie, Edith, Opal, Nellie, Alice, Rosella, Condy, Clarence, and Lawrence.

She is survived by sons, Billy Ray Humphrey and wife Jean, and Hobert Humphrey and wife Pat; grandchildren, Tonya, Brooke, Sonya, Eddie, Scotty, Brian, Cody, Shane; several great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Frank Coldwater; siblings, Lula Forth, and Geneva Tiller; several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Minister Darryl Glenn, officiating, and Minister Bruce Holt.
