Hurstle “Buddy” Roach, age 92 of Clinton, went home to be with the Lord on December 27, 2023. Buddy was born on October 14, 1931, to the late Clyde Henry Roach and Nora Ledford Roach. He was a loving husband of 67 years, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  Buddy also enjoyed camping and traveling and was proud to serve his country in the Army in the UK for a tour during the Korean War. He was also of the Baptist faith and attended Lake View Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife Conda Lee Roach; brothers Raymond Roach; sisters Christine Roach and Juanita Ivey.

He is survived by his sons Hurstle Wayne Roach and Diane of Greenville, SC, Clyde Richard Roach, and Beth of Nauvoo, IL, and Jeffrey Neil Roach and Valerie of Harrogate; grandchildren Amanda, Jarrod, Kelly, Austin, Price, Keaton, and Mason; great-grandchildren Vince, Emma, Alex, and Gavin; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Saturday, December 30, 2023, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home, at our new location 305 E. Beech Street in LaFollette, with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Roger Stanley officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in a funeral procession to Campbell Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 AM interment.
