Mrs. Lillie (Powers) Lay Cox, age 77 of Jacksboro, Tennessee passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. She was born October 11, 1946, Jellico, Tennessee. Lillie was a loving, giving and caring devoted mother & grandmother who loved her children.
