Jacksboro Middle golf teams are headed to the region tournament

Eagles claim district title

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The Jacksboro Middle School boys and girls golf team played in the district tournament on Tuesday at the Centennial Golf Course. The Jacksboro Middle boys (photo above) team placed first out of seven teams. The JMS girls team placed third.

Both teams qualified to move on to the region tournament on Monday, April 29, at Dead Horse Lake Golf Course at Cedar Bluff-Knoxville where they can qualify to play for the East Tennessee Youth Golf Association (ETYGA) Championship. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/25/2024-6AM)
