JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – This week’s WLAF Good Samaritan is Bill Thompson with Sleep in Heavenly Peace.   When Bill initially heard that children were going without a bed to lay their little heads at night, it really struck a desire in him to venture into the business and joining efforts with “Sleep in Heavenly Peace.”

Many take for granted the luxury of having a comfortable place to sleep, but not all can afford such an expense.  Bill’s passion and drive to provide beds to children without such a luxury is truly endearing and honorable. He works hard at what he does, and it shows. Of course with such an undertaking of this magnitude takes lots of volunteers and donations.

Bill states, “You do not need to have carpentry or woodworking skills to be able to help.  Just show up, and we will teach you no matter what age you are.”  This is one Good Samaritan’s story you do not want to miss.
