Campbell County Road Superintendent Ron Dilbeck said, “Due to the flooding and other damage, TEMA (Tennessee Emergency Management Association) will come in and do an estimate of Campbell and surrounding counties.”  He explains that if the dollar amount of the damage meets FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Association) guidelines, federal help could be a possibility for Campbell County.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 02/27/2019-6AM)
