Jones is the WLAF-Gray Insurance “Player of the Week”

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – It wasn’t quite the record setting number of votes Cougar football player Josh Moore received back in September for the WLAF – Gray Insurance “Player of the Week,” but Devon Jones vote count was in the neighborhood with well more than a thousand votes. Jones is the first player of the week honoree in the new year. Number 32 was also voted as a player of the week last season as a freshman.

This week’s nominations were Cora Browning, Devon Jones, Kayleigh Jordan, John John Long, Izzy Proffitt and Nate Walden.
