Mrs. June Minton Kimberlain, loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, age 90 of LaFollette passed away Monday, January 18, 2021.  She was a Member of Fincastle United Methodist Church.  Mrs. Kimberlain was formerly employed with E.E. Hill & Son Insurance and served as a substitute teacher with the Campbell County School System.  She was fortunate to live an active and independent life, and especially enjoyed her morning walks in the community with neighbors and friends.  Preceded in death by her husband, Carl William Kimberlain, Parents, Burley and America Smith Minton, Sisters, Betty Sue Norman and Eva Mae Elkins, Nephew, Roger David Elkins.  

Survivors:  Daughter, Sandra Lynn Kimberlain: Son, Steven William Kimberlain and wife, Susan; Grandchildren, Josh Chaniott, Jeremy Chaniott and wife, Jayme, Ashlie Chaniott McNeeley and husband, Brent, Kristin Kimberlain and John Kimberlain; Great-Grandchildren, Ava McNeeley, Reagan Chaniott, and Kaylee Cothran; Brother, Jerry Minton and wife, Gail; Devoted Niece, Angie Carroll and husband, Bobby.  Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.

A  Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021, 2:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Mrs. Kimberlain’s Nephew, Mark Norman officiating.  Interment to follow at Fincastle Cemetery.  The Family would like to express a special thank you to all of Mrs. Kimberlain’s neighbors and friends, and to the staff and management at Patriot Hills Assisted Living for all of their love and support.
