Kenneth Alan Lay (Alan), age 63, of Jacksboro, passed away on Monday May 3, 2021. He was a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents: Glenn and Helen Lay. He was a pilot for the Flying J Company and the Haslam Family.
