LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Friday morning’s pancake breakfast hosted by the La Follette Police Department and Woodlake Baptist Church began at 7am and was scheduled to run until 11am. However, they sold out by 9:30am. “It was a good turnout,” said La Follette Police Chief Bill Roehl. The chief extends a thank you to all those who helped and those who enjoyed the pancakes. “We raised $1,400,” said Roehl.

National Faith in Blue Weekend is an initiative between law enforcement and the faith based community to build stronger relations between police and the community, according to Roehl.
