JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The Christmas lights are on on Mt. Paran Road.  Mickey and Gayle Carter welcome everyone by their home on top of the hill above the National Guard Armory.

Mickey Carter’s not big enough to be mistaken for Santa, but he’s wearing enough red and green to make St. Nick’s team of elves.  Carter’s been delivering Christmas joy to his customers for the past few days. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/22/2021-6AM)

  1. Isn’t this the sweeeeetest thing evvvver!!! I’ve known Mickey since we were about 12 years old and he’s always loved the season of Christmas, it’s nice that some things haven’t changed. Great job, Mickey and Gayle, your home is beautiful!xox
