JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Basketball tonight. Campbell is scheduled to play at Powell. The Lady Cougars are 4 & 2 in District 3-AAAA and 13 & 5 in all games while the Cougars sit at 500-mark for the first time since the end of November at 9 & 9. Campbell plays its first away games of the new year. Powell eked out a 38-34 win at Brown Gym on Jan. 11, 38-34 in the girls game, and the Cougars gutted out a double-overtime win at 93-89.

Powell is 8 & 12 in all games with a 3 & 4 mark in the league as the Panthers come off an 80-70 Wednesday win at West. The Lady Panthers are 16 & 3 and 5 & 1 in district games.

Josh Parker and company will have the live radio and TV coverage of Campbell at Powell beginning Friday at 6pm over the WLAF – Doyle’s Tire Shop Sports Network.

Campbell plays at Central in a make-up game on Saturday. It’ll be varsity games only at 1:30 for the Lady Cougars and Cougars at 3pm.

There is a rescheduled date for the West game that was postponed on Friday, January 21. Campbell will host West on Thursday, February 3. The JV Cougars tip at 4:30pm followed by the Lady Cougars at 6 and the Cougars and West at 7:30pm.
