LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Jodi Hartman is the featured artist for the Postmark LaFollette Homemade Artshine Arts and Crafts Co-op and WLAF.

Though most of Hartman’s work is watercolor and acrylic paintings, she considers herself a “creative human” more than a simple painter. Her work is mostly inspired by nature, Tennessee history, and looking to make people smile. She started painting when she took an acrylic painting class at age 10, and during the pandemic she began working with watercolors.

Hartman is planning to start expanding her art into oil paintings. In addition to her paintings she enjoys making cute and funny t-shirts and tote bags. Her creative mind is always looking for new and interesting art to create.

Some of her artwork can be found at Postmark LaFollette’s Homemade Artshine Arts and Crafts Co-op. Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 am-2 pm located at 119 S. Tennessee Avenue in downtown LaFollette. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 01/31/2022-6AM)
