JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County Pre-K registration is today, April 18, 2022, from 8:30am until 2:30pm at six different schools across the county. Register your student at any of these individual elementary schools, Caryville or La Follette or Jacksboro or Jellico or Valley View or White Oak.

Registration is coming to a school near you.

Who can enter Pre-K in August 2022? Your child must be four years old on or before August 15, 2022. All families are encouraged to register their Pre-K child regardless of income.

There are some items that you must bring when you register your child for Pre-K today on this April 18th. Those items are proof of income such as an income tax form, an employer pay stub, SSI and the like, a certified birth certificate, and a Tennessee Department of Health Certificate of Immunization which must include required immunizations and physical exam. All of these items are required in order for the registration process to be complete.

This is not a first come, first serve application process. Acceptance into the program follows the guidelines as determined by the Tennessee Department of Education.
