Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers. March Minutes were approved unanimously on a motion by S. Kitts, second by W. Kitts.

Communications from the Public

I-75 Land Partners, LLC; PUD Preliminary Plan; Brantley Lane

Commissioners asked questions regarding drainage, road width, and greenspace. Mr. Bowling with IRTEC said the ‘open throat’ sinkhole would absorb any conceivable storm event. Ms. Hicks said they met the County minimum pavement width on the road, which is 20’. Commission approved the preliminary plat by a vote of 7-1 (Orick NO, Welden ABSTAIN).

Patricia Eberharter; Minor Lot Subdivision; Dykes Lane

The plat met all requirements and was approved unanimously on a motion by Orick, second by S. Kitts.  

Sandord Borondy; Minor Lot Subdivision; Hueston Woods Lane

The plat met all requirements and was approved unanimously on a motion by S. Kitts, second by Byrd. 

R. L. Gross and Greg Miller; Minor Lot Subdivision; Eastwood Drive

The plat met all requirements and was approved unanimously on a motion by S. Kitts, second by Orick.

Scott Rowland; Minor Lot Subdivision; N Circle Drive and Hardwood Drive 

The plat met all requirements and was approved unanimously on a motion by S. Kitts, second by W. Kitts. 

Chris Wiggins; Minor Lot Subdivision; Stinking Creek Rd

The plat met all requirements and was approved unanimously on a motion by Orick, second by Ayers.
