“It was my honor to meet General Richard Clarke, a Four-Star General who spoke at General Carl Stiner’s funeral and now holds the position once held by General Stiner,” said Representative Dennis Powers.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – “Senator Ken Yager and I presented a Tennessee flag to Sue Stiner, which had been flown over the Capitol in honor of General Stiner,” said Representative Dennis Powers.
