Edward Joseph Walden, age 81, formerly of Jellico

Edward Joseph Walden, age 81, of Seymour, formerly of Jellico, entered into rest on November 1, 2022.

Edward attended the Church of God Mountain Assembly. He loved, hunting, fishing, and reading.

He is proceeded in death by his mother Mabel Walden; Father George Lawrence Walden; brother Jack Walden; sons Douglas Walden and Jesse Walden; and granddaughter Cynthia Walden.

He is survived by his wife Sue Ellen Walden; sons Joe Walden and his wife Angela and Jeremiah Walden and his wife Whittani; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother Roger Walden and his wife Lottie; sister-in-law Marcia Walden; and Eugene Robinson, a son to Ed.

The family will receive friends from 5-7PM Friday November 4th at Atchley Funeral Home in Seymour, followed by a service at 7PM officiated by Patrick Koster, Jasper Walden, and Roger Walden. Interment will be 10 AM Saturday November 5th at Atchley’s Seymour Memory Gardens.
