Mr. David Stanfill, age 67 of LaFollette passed away, Saturday, December 10, 2022.  He was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church, and was a heavy equipment mechanic for several years.  Hunting and working were his passion along with spending time with his family, and he was quite the jokester.  Preceded in death by Son, Daniel Stanfill, Parents, Lloyd and Rosie Cupp Stanfill, Brother, Lloyd Alford Stanfill, Jr., and Nephew, Eddie Sowder.

Survivors:  Wife, Kimberly Stanfill; Son, Wes Stanfill and wife, Miranda; Daughter, Samantha Payne and husband, Lucas; Step-Son, Daniel Douglas and wife, Des; Grandchildren, Vanessa, Reagan, Taryn, Jackson, Emmy, Nathan, Max, and Addy; Sisters, Polly Baker, Jean Kidd and husband, Nelson, and Cathy Baker and husband, Larry.  Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services Tuesday, December 13, 2022, 12:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kyle McDowell and Rev. Ronnie Joe Silcox officiating.  Interment to follow at Powell Valley Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Monday, December 12, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 P. M. at Walters Funeral Home.  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mr. David Stanfill.
