Young loses foot chase with La Follette Police Officer

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – An East Prospect Street man ran from La Follette Police on Wednesday afternoon. However, Cody Wayne Young did not run very far, because a La Follette Police Officer chased him down.

The foot chase was fairly short-lived. It began on West Prospect Street and ended at the North 5th Street railroad underpass.

Young, 25, 308 East Prospect Street, La Follette, was charged with evading arrest, assault, possession of schedule II and V and possession of drug paraphernalia. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 01/30/2023-6AM)
