Myra Lynn Russell Baker, age 82, of LaFollette passed away Monday, March 20, 2023. She was a member of Crossroads Church of God, retired from the State of Tennessee Employment Office, and went on to serve as a substitute teacher at Dutch Valley Elementary School where she could be close to her precious great-granddaughter Shyla. Preceded in death by Parents: Thomas Polk Russell and Viola Heatherly Russell, Brother: Victor Russell.

Daughter: Patsy Baker Toney and husband Carl

Son: Dale and his wife Belinda Baker

Granddaughters: Ashleigh Henegar Matchett and Cheyenne Baker

Great-Granddaughters: Shyla Henegar and Rosette Matchett

Sister: Pat Russell Dawson

Special Nephew: Tom Dawson and his wife Leah

Grandniece: Juliet Dawson

The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 1 PM, Friday, March 24th at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 1 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Dale Baker officiating. Interment to follow funeral service at Jacksboro Cemetery.
