Della Sue “Bo” Chapman, age 96, born September 29, 1926 in Lafollette, TN moved to her Heavenly Home on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. She is preceded in death by parents, James Bart Smith and Ida Mae Reed Smith; husband, Henry Chapman; sisters, Neva Smith Brown, Claira Ethel Smith Raines, and Delsia Fay Smith Smiddie; brothers, Claude “Chalk” Smith, J. Will Smith, James Hubert Smith, Edward and Everett Smith.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Bo retired from Imperial Reading (Shirt Factory), in Lafollette where she was a Floor Lady. She and her husband Henry owned and operated Chapman’s Restaurant in Lake City for many years. Bo was an active member in First Baptist Church in Lake City where she sang in the church choir and was active in the ladies circle. She was loved by everyone.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 12-2pm with the funeral service to follow at 2pm with Rev. JJ Patterson officiating.
