JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Embattled Campbell County High School Principal Ben Foust has been reinstated.

Foust, who had been placed an administrative leave in March following allegations of inappropriate conduct was cleared of those allegations this morning, according to a press release from the Isaacs Law Firm.

The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office and the Isaacs Law Firm conducted independent investigations into the matter finding that the anonymous phone call that started the situation was malicious in nature.

“There were no findings” during the course of the investigation, Campbell County Director of Schools Jennifer Fields said this morning.

Foust returned to his job at CCHS this morning, she said.
