Age 60 of White Oak passed away Monday, April 17, 2023, at his home.  He was born March 13, 1963, in Jellico, Tennessee.

Mother: Girtha (King) Marlow

     He is survived by:

Daughters: Julie Brooks & husband William, Amanda Lyttle

Grandchildren: Michael Anthony Brooks, Nathaniel Lyttle, Sydney Lynn Lyttle, Joclyn Lyttle

Brothers: Cecil Marlow, Carl Marlow

Sisters: Gladys Hamblin, Linda Sue Fulton, Megan Wells
