LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Friday morning’s strong storms have knocked down some trees and forced scattered power outages across Campbell County. Debris on roads is a concern as well. Safe travels.

Showers and storms are possible today here in Campbell County and across the region. For storms that are able to develop, some of them could be strong or severe, with damaging winds and hail being the main concern.  The potential is here for morning and afternoon showers and storms.

High temperatures will be in the upper 80s to mid/upper 90s across the area. Heat indices could climb above 100 degrees, so be sure to practice Heat Safety.

.Showers and storms are possible at times Saturday through Sunday.  Some storms could become strong to severe, with damaging winds and hail being the main threats.
