Preston Scott Phillips, age 36 of Jacksboro passed away Tuesday July 4th, 2023. He was a member of White Rock Baptist Church of Huntsville, TN. He is preceded in death by grandparents: Hoyle (Bud) Phillips & Rochelle Phillips, Bill Blankenship, Jerry Peavyhouse, Stepfather: Larry Watters.

Survivors:

Son: Tyson Kase Phillips

Mother: Donna Gaye Blankenship Watters

Father: Alton Scott and wife Derita Phillips

Brothers: Cody Gray (Brittney) Austen, Nash (Korey) Lowe, Devin, Lucas, & Andy Phillips.

Sisters: Ciera (Josh) Stooksbury, Lauryn, Kendra, Kailey, Bobbi Phillips

Grandmothers: Peggy Blankenship, Kay Peavyhouse.

Family will receive friends 5 – 7 PM Saturday July 8th, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home. Family will also receive friends from 2 – 4 PM Sunday, July 9th at White Rock Baptist Church of Huntsville, TN, with funeral to follow at 4 PM with Rev. Jim West officiating. Interment to follow in the Bud Phillips Cemetery in the Anadell community in Scott County.
