  1. Me and a buddy, who lived next door, were up in the woods behind our homes building a pretty good size tree house. My mother yelled for me to come home for a few minutes. She knew that I was, and still am, an Elvis fan. She pointed me to the television showing that every national channel was running the emergency news that Elvis had died.
