LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A La Follette man remains housed in the Campbell County Jail after an early morning arrest on Friday.

Around 3am Friday is when a La Follette Police Officer stopped a car on South Cumberland Avenue at East Hemlock Street for a traffic control device violation. The routine traffic stop resulted in additional charges for 60 year old Scottie Keith Orick.

Orick, due in court on Sept. 5, and who is being held without bond, also faces tampering with or fabricating evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule II controlled substance charges. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/28/2023-6AM)
