Frankie A. Ensley, 95, of Newcomb, TN went to be with the Lord on March 22, 2024, at her residence. Frankie was born on November 7, 1928, in Tuckasegee, NC, to Frank and Mattie Smith. She was a homemaker and bookkeeper for Big H coal company in Newcomb, TN. Frankie was an avid baker and loved cooking for many people her entire life. She was a dedicated member of Crouches Creek Baptist Church for over 50 years. Preceded in death by her husband of 59 years: Howard O Ensley Sr.

Survived by her children: Doris Alene Douglas, Atlanta, GA; Dorothy Jean Burrus, Newcomb, TN; Howard O Ensley Jr., Newcomb, TN; 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 – 12:00 Noon until 12:30PM with Rev. Roger Stanley officiating. Visitation 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at 12:00 Noon at the Llewellyn Funeral Home Chapel in Jellico, TN. Interment will be in Anderson Memorial Gardens, Clinton, TN.
