CPD’s Southern is Officer of the Year

On Monday at Knoxville, Caryville Police Officer Adam Southern was honored at the annual Tennessee Highway Office of Safety Awards Banquet.TOP PHOTO:  Caryville Chief of Police Brian Keeton and Officer Adam Southern.
