Aline Scalf Burchfield, 87, of Jacksboro, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 7th, 2022. She was a member of LaFollette Baptist Temple, a devoted Mother and fulltime Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her Husband of 70 years, Homer Hollis Burchfield, Sr., Mother: Altie Mae Gray, and Father, Vernon Scalf, beloved Grandparents: Fannie and Buddy Loss Gambrel, Brother-in-laws: Edward Gray, Kenneth Burchfield and Herbert Nantz. Nephews: Bobby Gray and Joshua Burchfield.

Her Treasured Children: Homer Hollis Burchfield, Jr., Hazel M. Burchfield and Partner Larry Kidwell
Cherished Sister: Billie Jean Gray
Sister-in-laws: Betty Nantz, Nelda Adcock and husband David.
Brother-in-law: Ruben Lafayette Burchfield, Jr. and wife Sharla.
Nephews and Nieces: James L. Gray, Kim Nantz, Karen Nantz, Michael Adcock, Brenda K. England, Donald R. Burchfield, Jeff Burchfield, Steve Burchfield, and John Burchfield.
Niece: Barbara Gray, husband Jim Deanda and their children Callie, Gray and Cale Deanda who were all dearly loved by their Aunt Aline.
Adopted Daughter: Francis Daugherty
Adopted Grandson: Ben Marlow
Special Friend: Phillip Robinson.
Family will receive friends 1:00 to 3:00 pm, Thursday, March 10th, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with service to follow in Cross-Smith Chapel with Jim Deanda giving the Eulogy and Reverend Steve Elkins officiating. Interment to follow funeral service at Nelson Cemetery.
