Connie Gourley, age 47

Connie Rozetta Sharp Gourley, age 47, gained her angel wings Thursday August 4, 2022. She is with Jesus now and is reunited with her Mamaw and Papaw Sharp. She missed them very much. She loved her kids and grandkids and butterflies. She was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and always saw the best in everyone in spite of her own challenges.

In addition to her grandparents, she is preceded in death by her father, Sonny Weeks.

Connie is survived by her mother, Darlene Sharp; daughters, Alecia Gourley of Rockford, Ottumn Gregory and husband Maverick of Kingston, and Summer Gourley of Williamsburg, KY; brother, Ricky Collingsworth II of LaFollette; sister, Tisann Lane and husband Kerry of Rockford; grandchildren, Vera Gourley, Braydyn Gourley, Rozelynn Gregory, and Leevi Gregory; special aunt and uncle Tim and Billie Jean Russell.

The family will receive friends on Monday August 22, 2022 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 11 AM to 1 PM with the funeral service to follow at 1PM with Rev. Tim Russell officiating. Interment to follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
