Wlaf1450Mr. Bobby Joe Adcock, age 84 of LaFollette passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. Preceded in death by Parents, Elias and Willie White Adcock, Sister, Mary Teague and husband, Quinton, Brothers, Calvin Adcock, Jim Adcock, and Raymond Adcock and wife, Ella, Sister-in-law, Emma Sue Adcock.
Survivors: Wife of 23 years, Ruby Sheckles Adcock; Children, Patricia Adcock Walker and Husband, Mark, John Adcock, Lonnie Adcock, Elias Adcock and Wife, Angie; Step-Daughter, Vicky Sheckles Queener; 10 Grandchildren; 10 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Grandson; Brother, Bill Adcock; Former Wife and Mother of the Children, Fayetta Adcock Phillips. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family would like to give special thanks to Vicky Sheckles Queener and Ric Spradlin for all they have done to help with Dad over the last few years and to the Amedisys team: Megan, Sandra, and others, but especially Salli for being there for us all.
The family will hold a private service at a later date. Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Bobby Joe Adcock.
Bob was a good friend and hate to hear of his passing,praying for the camily.
